How can such a behaviour be accepted?
The police personnel responsible must be prosecuted in a fast track court.

@NeoParashuram Applies for Central Universities as well. It was advised that you'd have to befriend a SC/ST student just to get these books. My friends under reservation had 4-6 books per semester (higher for engg) ,where as I (OBC) could only get 2.
