Dear @TeamYouTube @YouTube, my channel @smbgt (100k+ subscribers) was wrongfully terminated under "Spam, Deceptive Practices, & Scams."
You awarded me the official Verification Badge just 3 hours before the ban, proving my channel was manually vetted and verified clean.

Every time I appeal, I receive an automated bot refusal without a single specific reason or real human review. I have full evidence showing zero policy violations. Here is why my content does NOT break a single category of your Spam Policy:

1. Video Spam & Repetitive Content: No mass-produced, automated, or looped uploads. Every Short was individually edited with unique commentary and original context.

2. Misleading Metadata/Thumbnails: Title, tags, and thumbnails accurately match the video content. No clickbait or deceptive framing.

3. Scams & Financial Schemes: Zero promises of fast money, crypto promotions, cash gifting, pyramid schemes, or off-site financial traps. 4. Engagement Manipulation: Never used Sub4Sub, bought views/likes, or incentivized artificial engagement. All 100k subscribers were earned organically.

5. Comment & Off-Platform Spam: No automated comments, self-promotion links, or malicious off-site redirects. 6. Third-Party & Reused Content Abuse: All material was transformed under fair use guidelines, with no unmonitored live streams or direct re-uploads.

Awarding a channel a Verification Badge and then banning it 3 hours later for "spam" via automated bots is a massive system error. I am requesting a real human staff member to manually review channel @smbgt and reinstate my community.
