As I’ve gotten older I understand why 99% of my friends stayed in Pennsylvania
PA smokes every other state in terms of walkable urbanism. It’s dotted with beautiful, cozy walkable towns like Doylestown, New Hope, Lititz, Lancaster, Germantown, Jim Thorpe.
One of the only states where you can afford a home on an acre or 2 and be within range of several major cities, beaches, mountains.
The people yearn for a Main Street town, especially in a country choking on decades of car-centric urban development and suburbia purgatory.
Combine all this with a reasonable cost of living, northeast corridor location, heavy tree cover, 4 seasons, etc there’s a lot to love about PA. I’m not surprised real estate has continued to appreciate while FL/TX/Sun Belt markets have contracted.
Not sure if I will ever move back but I hold my home state close to my heart, shout out Bucks County <3
It’s remarkable that you can say Jurassic Park has “no big themes” when Jeff Goldblum looks directly into the camera and says, “Worship of technology with no limits or ethical restraints will be the ruin of humanity.”
Why is everyone trying to change the narrative on covid now? It killed millions of people and would of killed more if these measures weren’t put in place
@Zer0_XIII@Nocapmedia Omg!!! This!!! The PA turnpike has awful traffic every fucking morning for this get reason. I thought I was going crazy and for some reason... Everyone leaves the far right lane wide open. Like WTF
@Breaking911 That's a piece of land that belongs to Morocco. The way y'all making it seems like these people are actually touching foot onto Spain is crazy
The funny shit is, this is a piece of land that is damn near attached to MOROCCO that Spain colonized awhile back.
These people are actually NOWHERE near the land of Spain.
