No more aid to any country. It seems like they all hate us anyway, so let them figure things out by themselves.

Besides, there are plenty of rich countries who have made money while we subsidised them so let them pick up the slack.

When we have an updated air traffic control system, revamped armed forces, the best road and bridge system in the world, a new power grid and our kids being at the top of the literacy table, then we can revisit it.

And then there will STILL be no overseas aid.
