Today I got told that if I don’t show up 5-10 minutes before my scheduled shift, that it will lead to a write up…I’m here at my scheduled time?? What’s the problem??? Your verbal ask means nothing to me as I’m here on time according to the time card????

Hate my new job so much I’m willing to go back,l though to another location, but recruiters said no … 7 years means nothing then huh? 😂 it’s ok, just means there’s something else meant for me.

Initially, I perceived the expectations and pressure exerted by Apple from a top-down perspective as substantial. However, upon transitioning to Tesla, I came to the realization that these expectations were significantly less than the excessive pressure experienced here. 😵‍💫
