でも入ります。生成した構造は氷の規則を満たしますがエネルギー最小化はしていないので、使う力場で緩和してからお使いください。

Then just ask, e.g. "Build a THF hydrate (sII) for GROMACS with TIP4P." The agent picks the options, runs genice3 and checks the result.
