It is so strange that a company can charge for services NOT provided, lying about the fix, underperforming, saying “let’s do reset” reset done 10x. If customers were reimbursed for the time they spend correcting your issues, we would be so wealthy.

@DrKND The article by CDC, based on the info. from the Lancet reports half of all Americans have debilitating disease often caused by weight, smoking/poor eating- highly reversible, sometimes a choice. Even diabetes/blood pressure can be helped by changing these.
