So @nanopore to the rescue, with a ultra HMW prep on our P24, using R10.1 chemistry ably performed by @GenomicsB and then a denovo assembly using Canu on @uob_bear HPC (a 2TB node!) with an N50 of 110kb and 44x coverage.
