Let me share my experience with 'SPECTRUM' my mobile phone stops working. trip to fix. I call and cancel the service. Get AT&T service the same day. Now on February 18 I receive a bill on my bank account for $40 dollars which they tell me cannot be changed. Welcome to 'SPECTRUM.'
