My debut novel’s line-by-line editing has been completed, and I have received rejection letters from all the agents I queried. Many gave positive rejections, some praised the work, still I am wondering why none wants to represent the work.
I prefer "Be consistent" to "Don't give up". To me, "Don't give up" is now an old piece of advice. It is consistency that gets things done. Let's be consistent in whatever we do. Consistency is not a pond; it is a river.
