Everyone IGNORE the sell side analyst reports and instead do your own research on what peak annual sales for $QURE AMT130 potentially are. TODAY, sadly there are 40,000 US patients and an equal number in the EU already diagnosed with HD. While not all patients will be eligible for AMT130, probably 50-75% will be.

The bigger potential is the number of at-risk patients who will benefit from this 1-time treatment. In the US I have read there are 200,000 or more at risk. What I believe that means is that at least 1 parent had HD. This will translate into another 100,000 patients who will benefit from the drug in THE US alone. Add an equal number for the EU. This is a rough estimate, and I have read that there are even more at risk.

With numbers like these, I can see at least 5,000, and probably more, patients being treated annually worldwide for as far as the eye can see. We don't know what the treatment will cost. Sadly, gene therapies are very expense with most treatments going for $2-$4.5 million. If you use only 5,000 patients annually at the low end, it means $10 billion in annual revenue in a relatively short time frame. The demand will be incredible and how many patients treated will be limited only by the facilities capable of doing the treatment and getting payers on board. The payer situation will get resolved; it has to.

In the US, there are currently 65 centers of excellence that can perform the procedure TODAY. Many of these centers have multiple operating rooms at each hospital, meaning it is possible more than 1 patient could be treated per day. I know that is not possible but I am just pointing out what the US capacity is right now. If each of these centers only treated 1 patient per week, that gets to over 3,300 procedures/year in the US alone. My estimate of 5,000 patients being treated annually could come in just a few years.

Most sell side analysts are purposefully low balling the estimates of peak revenue so they can keep increasing their target prices going forward. Don't rely on the low-ball estimates that are out there. They are way too low and so is the current price assuming approval late 2026/early 2027.

Peak revenue easily could be $10-20 billion for just AMT130. On Friday, we get data on 6 patients for the TLE program. A year ago, they reported a cessation of seizures in patient #1 who was refractory to available treatments. If they report even a 50% reduction of seizures in these additional 5 patients, the market potential is even greater than AMT130.

Do your own due diligence before relying on something you read on X. I drank the Kool-Aide and believe we are just beginning and we became tremendously de-risked today. Good luck to all, especially those suffering HD.
