Bill C-8 IS NOW LAW: Canada’s WARRANTLESS SURVEILLANCE NIGHTMARE Explained!!
On June 16, 2026, Bill C-8 (formerly Bill C-26) received Royal Assent and became official.
This legislation gives the government sweeping new surveillance powers, including:
- Warrantless access to your subscriber data, location, browsing history, metadata, and more
- The ability for one minister to secretly order your internet or phone service shut off with no court review
- Secret gag orders preventing companies from telling you why your service was cut
- Broad powers that could force weakening of encryption
Sold to Canadians as a “cybersecurity” bill to protect critical infrastructure, it actually delivers massive new warrantless spying powers and internet kill switches with almost no oversight.
In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth breaks down exactly what’s in Bill C-8 and what it means for your privacy.
Please share this video far and wide because most Canadians still have no idea this just became law!
"We shouldn't be surprised that Canada has had the highest food inflation rate among G7 countries for months. Until we recognize that we're suffocating farmers and food companies with trade barriers, excessive regulation, and higher taxes, nothing will change. Food affordability starts with competitiveness."
@McFaul@Coreandor Unfortunately, under the aegis of the EU’s current market and democracy standards, Ukrainian’s would be fools to hitch their long term cart to that dying horse 🤪
The collectivist says the billionaire exploits the workers beneath him. Ayn Rand answered this completely with what she called the pyramid of ability.
In a free economy, the man of greater ability gives far more to those below him than they give to him. The physicist who discovers a principle hands a gift to every engineer who uses it. The industrialist who organizes production raises the wage and the standard of living of every worker he employs. But the reverse isn't true. The workers could never replace him, and could not produce on their own what he makes possible.
As Rand put it: "the man at the top of the intellectual pyramid contributes the most to all those below him."
So the truth is the exact opposite of the Marxist claim. The able man is not the exploiter. He is the benefactor of everyone beneath him, earning in payment only a fraction of the value he creates and spreads to all the rest.
Envy calls that theft. Reality calls it the gift of genius.
@GlobalBC The farm has already been given away by our socialist turds in Victoria and our LPC globalist idjits in Ottawa. This visit is merely window dressing for our MSM 🤮
Just had a fabulous couple nights in Montana, prior to returning to Canada. Bought some wonderful bourbon, cheap gas and watched Canada lose to Switzerland 😢. You fools just don’t understand that you’re cutting off your nose to spite your face 🤪 good luck to you in the future, you’re gonna need it
@sarobertson_ Well then. 🤦🏻♂️
@grok how many actual comprehensive trade agreement and investment agreement are actually signed and ratified/implemented since Carney took office. short answer only.
You can't vote your way out of a Fascist Regime. Once a fascist or authoritarian regime takes hold, it systematically dismantles the democratic mechanisms meant to check its power. Carney has already shut down the committees and used floor crossers to gain a majority, nothing democratic about that at all.
