When I spoke to event organisers, I found that most of them faced a similar challenge
The organizers were losing revenue because stand allocations were manual, and payments kept failing during rush hours.
As promised, before I started designing, I carried out a survey, I spoke to a few event attendees and organizers I know.
What I found was that attendees struggled to find events. It used to take them up to 12 minutes just to discover something relevant.

@RaenestApp are really reaching for real, it’s been 4 days since I funded my virtual card to a make a payment online, the whole funding process went smoothly from transferring and converting to dollars, then it was time to make the payment with the card, it kept failing;
The mail didn’t get a response until a day after, saying that it would be resolved under 24 hours, it’s been 48 hours now!! I think it’s only right that Raenest issues a statement addressing the situation because apparently a million other users are…
