@nypost 18 U.S.C. § 32 — Destruction of Aircraft. Federal law makes it a crime to “willfully damage, destroy, disable, or wreck any aircraft.”
Because the FAA classifies all drones as aircraft, shooting at one even if it’s over your property triggers this statute. 20 years in prison.
@patrickbetdavid An MBA alone doesn't really position you better for employment than someone without one. An MBA gives you leverage, especially when combined with experience in an industry or with technical skills. And those people...should be starting companies. Not looking for employment.
@TaraBull Either: A. Nobody called 811. B. 811 contractor didn’t mark the line. or C. The line is within private property and your private locator is incompetent (or they didn’t call for one). Happens 500,000 times too often each year in the US. OSHA says locate ALL lines first, then dig!
@video_invasion@MAVERIC68078049 If you know Norse mythology, the logs don’t exist anymore because the trolls burned them in their fires for cooking and building homes. And to this day Iceland remains rather treeless.
@matt_vanswol I recently had a relative with a medical emergency. $7,088 for the emergency room visit. Thankfully we have health insurance so the co-pay was $150. But for those without insurance? Healthcare costs remain out of control!
@ScottPresler June is trench safety awareness month. This sounds like the type of contractor who doesn’t call 811 before digging or get a private locate within private property. Business owners who are unprofessional and kill employees should be closed down. #call811#digsafe#safedigging
Shopping for your Memorial Day gathering?
Consider a farmers market. Better products — healthier options that support local growers.
Plus, I’d much rather provide revenue for this good people, and not giant conglomerates who hate our values!
Always an honor to host the annual @MemorialDayPBS concert. As my first concert was in 2005, this year marks 20 years. As we prepare for Sunday nights event, we’re proud to stand together in remembrance of the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country. 🇺🇸 Tune in Sunday at 8pm EST, 7pm CST on PBS.
In this earthquake footage, you can see two sections of Earth's crust slide past each other.
Watch the ground on the other side of the fence 👀
And peep the destruction in the background.
