Congratulations my brother, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, on your re-election to lead Ethiopia for a second term.
Your new mandate by Ethiopia House of People's Representatives is a vote of confidence in your leadership and vision you have for your country.
I wish you continued success as you lead Ethiopia to achieve its transformation agenda.
Kenya looks forward to continuing working closely with you to advance our shared interests for the mutual benefit of our peoples, our region and the wider global community.
Gachagua told us Bomas of Kenya has been sold out to a Turkey investor, today the facility stands tall with daily changes.
Bomas will be opened in January 2027 and it has already been booked by Afcon and UN agency. President Ruto will bring evidence during campaigns as the opposition will be singing kasongo.
The new Sh31 billion Bomas of Kenya International Conference Centre is now set to officially open in January 2027.
The facility has already received bookings from a UN agency, Afcon and Kebs and will have a capacity of 11,000 people.
Anyone can wave a flag.
A slogan is not a manifesto.
Shouting WanTam or TuTam doesn’t fix a broken society/country.
Anyone without ideology is like a ship without a compass: it will crash and not reach its destination.
Associating with or taking money from those who have plundered public resources, murdered and tortured civilians invalidates any claim to legitimate credentials for transformation.
No structurally defective neocolonial state can be liberated and developed without a revolution.
There is nothing like a “ballot revolution.”
Anyone who claims that a structurally defective neocolonial slave plantation can be transformed through a fraudulent West-Minister electoral process is a mediocre mentally colonized slave with no appreciation of the intractable structural, systemic and institutional problems that must be fixed before Africans realize true independence and dignity.
It doesn’t matter where you are writing, posting or reading from: physical or geographical locations are irrelevant to conceptual absorption, intellectual interrogations and/or contributions to revolutionary discourses.
Karl Marx published his tomes from England and Switzerland but that didn’t limit the reach of his revolutionary work. Vladimir Lenin wrote most of his revolutionary works from Europe. Most of Mao Zedong wasn’t written in China. Frantz Fanon wrote most of his enduring revolutionary work from Algeria but he was a Pan-African revolutionary born in Martinique. Che Guevara was an Argentinian physician and revolutionary who wrote most of his works in Mexico, Cuba, Congo and Bolivia. The Venerable Kwame Nkrumah published most of his revolutionary works in England—not in Ghana.
Focus on and contextualize the message. Avoid primitive pedantry.
Telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

The Law Society of Kenya should advise members of the Young Bar to go slow on obliterating their adversaries whenever they visit media houses to dispense wisdom carelessly. This scotch earth policy they have adopted lately is not healthy for slow learners and empty windbags.
I grew up in a house of teachers.
Mum and Dad both taught, so teaching was never just a profession I heard about. I lived it at home.
But today, I especially appreciate the lessons they taught me beyond the textbook.
They taught me how to milk a cow, bake, plant and weed, tie a bull to a cart and take our coffee harvest to the factory.
I learnt how to mix mud and cow dung to build a house, dig a pit latrine, prepare the ground for coffee trees and even the basics of inspecting slaughtered livestock for signs of disease before human consumption.
Back then, I often wondered: Why do I need to know all this?
Today, I am deeply grateful that I do.
Because education is more than passing exams. It is learning how to navigate life, solve problems, work with your hands and keep trying until you get it right.
Today, I celebrate every teacher who shapes minds and changes lives, and every parent who teaches lessons whose value we sometimes understand only years later.
To Mum and Dad, and to every teacher out there, Asante sana.
Happy Teachers’ Day!
Hosted South Sudan President Salva Kiir Mayardit at State House, Nairobi. We expressed satisfaction with the strong relations between our two nations and resolved to continue opening more opportunities for trade and investment for our citizens.
Additionally, thanked President Kiir for South Sudan's participation in last week's launch of the Dangote East Africa Refinery in Lamu.
Commended South Sudan for the General Election to be held in December 2026. Kenya stands ready to support South Sudan in this endeavour while encouraging dialogue and consensus among all parties.
YY is rising above all madness amd emptiness to inform misinformers. To tell a story, the only one that really matters. In the great grand scheme of things, there is only one person turning Kenya around.WSR.
