Yal do understand that once we “cap” the money players can make, it’ll just revert back to the old system where certain schools will begin paying under the table again ???? Unless that’s the intention because it benefited a specific conference🫣🫣🫣 nvm me lol
I know there is a lot of talk about QBs sliding… I slid my whole career & never took a hit like you see now & that’s when hitting was allowed!
I don’t believe it’s the sliding that’s the problem, it’s the TIMING of the slide! QBs are pushing envelope bc they are more protected & they expect defenders to just assume they aren’t going to keep running… bad assumption!
Go down early or just be a running back - the in-between is the problem IMO!
@Deadd4Life That’s stupid. Why not go for it every 4th down then with that logic. And it’s 6 is more than 3 not 7. 7 means you kicked a field goal, with the simplicity of your logic you should go for 2 every time because 8 is more than 7
@tntsports Insane! Cristea didn't even have the ball and wasn't ready to serve. Anyone who follows Osaka's matches knows that she gets pumped up like that and serves quietly, not hindering her opponent. Sorana didn't complain the whole match until she saw it slipping away. Sore loser.
The amount of ppl that don’t understand what a catch is in the rule book flabbergasts me. And it’s not the officials. The two plays yesterday were not difficult calls, and they got them both right.
I know football has changed based on analytics and metrics but coaches are leaving lots of points on the field with 4th down gambles. Given how points are coveted at a premium in the postseason, the strategy seems flawed, particularly with most games decided by 8 points or fewer.. Just seems like a safer bet to keep stacking points until you need to be more aggressive later in games..
I’m so sick of these coaches going for it on 4th down. Take the points. The points are more than just points. They keep your momentum going! And when you fail the attempt on 4th down, you give the other team a tremendous momentum boost. Football is not rocket science
And lemme take it a step further and say it’s super WEIRD how when people disagree with Cam it’s always “well even tho you won the Heisman, National Championship, #1 overall pick, OROY, OPOY, MVP, and went to a SB, you weren’t that good at football anyway” but everybody else they disagree with is just “nah you wrong and here’s why”
My thoughts and prayers are with the Martin family. The joy Doug played the game with and the smile he always had I will carry with me. It was a pleasure to coach Doug and he will be missed. Fly high Muscle Hamster!
