@airtelindia claims to be customer friendly. My direct experience is that it cares only sales. I made request for a cancellation 2 times, but still getting bills after 3 months. Be careful with Airtel, you will have to struggle to cancel. @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

@ShashiTharoor Sad for bright girl & her family. Must do something about a ticking time bomb in young medicos doing over 36 hours of duty. My son and his friends from medical UG/PG says terrible 24/7/365 work with very little break. Leadership wakes up only when horrible incidents occur.
