@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC explain to me how on a plan that had 10GB of data I would roll over unused GBs month on month. You change my subscription to a new plan with 25GB of data that doesn’t last me more than 20 days?! Revert my subscription to the plan I opted for please.

@Safaricom_Care @SafaricomPLC the required attention to the matter via DM, email nor phone call. There is definitely an accelerated data depletion with your new Emerald plans. One can not come from consuming less than 10MB/month while on the previous plan to consuming over 25MB in 3 weeks…..
