Letitia James has tossed vulnerable New Yorkers to the side, allowed disgusting criminals to scam American taxpayers, and completely IGNORED patient abuse and neglect happening in her state. 

Across all 50 states, taxpayers provide a combined nearly HALF A BILLION DOLLARS EVERY YEAR for State Medicaid Fraud Control Units (MFCUs) to investigate and prosecute providers trying to defraud Medicaid, harming some of our most vulnerable Americans. 

Each year, the State of New York receives approximately $60 million for their MFCU. They’re OBLIGATED to use the money to fight fraud and protect patients in Medicaid-funded facilities from abuse and neglect by prosecuting their abusers.
