Exactly 4 hours ago, the S&P 500 ETF, $SPY, 0DTE calls with a $521 strike were trading at $0.01.

Now, they are trading at $14.58 per contract for a total low-to-high gain of +145,700% in 4 hours.

In other words, if you would've invested $1,000 in these calls 4 hours ago, you'd now have $1,458,000.

That's +$364,250 PER HOUR over the last 4 hours.

It’s the death of meaning. And until we face that, nothing else is going to fix our health or happiness.

The real question isnt what poisons we should remove in our food...it's how we became a culture that’s okay feeding people this garbage in the first place.

It’s because we live in a world that’s lost all sense of the sacred.

We don’t see humans as souls anymore...just machines to profit from.

Meaning is essential, but it's been gutted from our society, with everything central turned into a fake alternative...

Nature --> apartment buildings.
Community --> social media.
Sex --> porn
Marriage --> hookups
Real food --> packaged crap
Religion --> politics.

We’ve swapped the things that made life rich
for things that make us hollow

And now people are walking around with massive holes inside them, trying to fill it all with money, junk food, hookups, and empty pleasure.

So we get business execs chasing profit like it’s God,
doing whatever it takes to squeeze a little more margin out of human misery.

And consumers numbing themselves with whatever’s cheap and easy just to feel something.

If we actually want to make this country healthy again,
we need more than a ban on Red 40.

We need to re-enchant life.
We need to remember that our bodies are sacred.
That the earth is sacred.
That our work matters.
That we are all connected.
What you do to another, you do to yourself. Poisoning someone else always comes back around.

Health starts there. Not with better labels, but with meaning.

Pflichtbeiträge: Nach den bekannt gewordenen Vorschlägen sollen künftig auch Selbstständige verpflichtend in die gesetzliche Rentenversicherung einzahlen. Bei einem Einkommen oberhalb der Beitragsbemessungsgrenze könnte die monatliche Belastung nach heutigem Stand bei rund 1.650 Euro liegen. Das entspricht knapp 19.800 Euro pro Jahr. Weil Selbständige ja beide Teile zahlen.

Langfristig: Über zehn Jahre summiert sich dieser Betrag auf rund 198.000 Euro. Über zwanzig Jahre wären es bereits etwa 396.000 Euro. Dieses Kapital fehlt dann für Investitionen, Rücklagen, Innovationen oder den Ausbau des eigenen Unternehmens.

Realität: Viele Selbstständige tragen bereits das volle unternehmerische Risiko, schaffen Arbeitsplätze und finanzieren ihre Altersvorsorge eigenständig. Gleichzeitig sollen laut den Plänen künftig auch Minijobs weitgehend verschwinden und die Zahl der Pflichtversicherten deutlich ausgeweitet werden.

Für zahlreiche Unternehmer dürfte die Reform vor allem höhere Abgaben und weniger finanzielle Freiheit bedeuten.
