@northernassist Just tried to board the 18:03 train from Chorley to Manchester Picadilly - the Northern staff told me to try any other door. I did, but they were all full. I called to him that they were all full, but the train just left without me with no further help from him!

This was an Advance single, to only be used on that train. To be given useless information, completely ignored when I called for more help and to have the train leave without me when I was there on time, is appalling customer service.

@conartworks But isn't the joke with British dialects that although multiple words for the same thing exist, some Brits will refuse to call it anything other than their 1 name for it, so this post doesn't quite work? 🤣 9/10 for effort though! #TransRightsAreHumanRights Happy #Pride

Hi @FitbitUK / @FitbitSupport - I've had my Fitbit Charge 4 Fitness Tracker Rosewood for less than 5 months (bought from @currys) and the strap has already broken - Preston Curry's advised you may be able to replace it for free, under the warranty?

@northernassist my husband has lost his phone, and may have left it on the 15:11 train from Preston to Manchester (departed at Chorley). I tried ringing 0800 200 6060 but customer service rep lost connection/went completely silent. Please let me know if a phone is found
