There is no mention of textual corruption of the previous scriptures in the Quran, it only speaks of verbal corruption , how they change words with their tongues and how they write other books and claim it is from God.surely you must have read this? You Quran even directs you prophet to refer to the previous scripture IF he is in doubt of the revelation he is receiving. Why would Allah ask him to refer to tampered scripture.
