I conducted a survey years ago that was similar to this one with similar results. Both sides were not aligned and then issues happened. Kinetic's goal is to talk to our suppliers and ask what they consider important and then work on a fair versus one sided agreement.
I will let you in on a secret. If you want a better supplier relationship then try and think was is in it for them (WIIFT) versus what is in it for you (WIIFY).
