Gerard : You see there’s something very interesting about when different personalities, different people, spend time continuously together.
First, It’s friendship, first it’s good friendship, good people, possible romantic connections here and there but then it’s enmity, then it’s arguments, then it’s trouble. Problems arise because living together eventually, normal shit will start to feel annoying because you keep seeing this person. In the real world we go home. But here we go home, but they’re still there. So it’s like everywhere for 70 something days. We’ve only been here five right?
People are gonna leave and people are gonna come so I think the key here is understanding that as much as it’s very easy to be pricked by emotional ups and downs. I understand that we’re here for the long run. It’s just shifting sand and all of us are just kind of stepping on it. I mean everybody has flaws. I think it’s it’s how you navigate it that changes your experience of the house cause if you navigate it badly, you’d have a terrible experience.
If you navigate it well… If you do your best, I think you’ll leave here missing it. You look back on this and go like, “what a time!” I will leave here going yeah I missed that cause I auditioned it’s a very unique experience. Just enjoy it, man.
