I suspect this judgment will become extremely important in the quantification of child maintenance and also in relation to costs orders based upon litigation conduct including the failure to negotiate.
A lot from Mostyn J to digest here. New "loose starting point" for calculation of "top up" CM in cases where gross income (adjusted for school fees & pension payments) between £156k - £650k suggesting significantly lower per child outcome than if CB v KB approach adopted
