@bigdaddyonan @mortgagetruth It’s really a credit report that includes non reporting debts or services you pay monthly. I guess payment history for your utilities or internet/cable is being reported? That’s mainly how it differentiates from a Fico model.

@SirBrake @pulte I can tell you right now, as a mortgage banker this can help a ton of people. What needs to happen is vantage score work on more than conventional first mortgages. This would help a ton for 2nd products for people who have very low rates from COVID era.
