@BankofScotland Hi there, she is, but some banks won't let you open an account unless you are in your 1st year , she is a 3rd year with another 2/3 years to go, and I can't get through on phones to ask.

@ChristinaSNP Absolutely. He was caught lying, and the callousness in saying he took no responsibility for that man's death was horrific. Mears provide care to vulnerable people. I wouldn't let the care for my dog ( used to work for them years back)

@LoveYourMorphy @TheScotsman Obviously not your fault as an employee, and obviously you haven't had the correct training in Consumer Law, but Consumer Rights Act 2015 give the consumer quite a lot of protection. 😉 Unfortunately this soup maker is all over the net as being inferior.

@LoveYourMorphy @TheScotsman Hi Ashley, you don't need a receipt as per the law, which I have directed you https://t.co/butWIayJ13 need proof of purchase, even a witness statement will suffice. Or a Bank Statement. Trading Standards have confirmed this as per the law in 2015.

@LoveYourMorphy @TheScotsman Absolute pity that your soup maker Model no 501022 doesn't. Broke after 4 uses,and 3 weeks.Your company doesn't wish to know because despite having proof of purchase, but not the receipt, got advised that they would not replace. The Consumer Rights Act disagrees.
