A GTM leader who diagnoses after prescribing will cost you six months of momentum before you realize it. The 30-day plan is one of the few moments you can see that risk clearly in advance. Don't skip past it.

The deeper truth: a 30-day plan isn't a project plan. It's a thinking sample. Most interviewers are so relieved to see something organized they skip pressure-testing the reasoning underneath it entirely

The question most interviewers forget: "Walk me through how you built this. What assumptions did you make, and which ones worry you most?" Someone who articulates uncertainty with precision is more valuable than someone who can't find any.

A few months ago, we got a call that a newborn puppy was found in a trash can on Skid Row. Me and my friend went in the middle of the night to save the puppy. We eventually got her adopted and the third slide is her today. 😭

Most interviewers grade the 30-day plan as a deliverable. Is it organized? Does it cover the right areas? But that's the wrong read entirely. The plan is a thinking sample. And most people skip the part where they decode the thinking.
