A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our AGM this evening!
Especially our guest speaker @urbanprehisto for sharing the story of prehistoric Glasgow. It was
exciting to hear him refer to our recent geophysics finds as Glasgow’s oldest house!
Thanks to everyone who came to visit our stall at Pollok Kite Fest!
We loved seeing so many young people getting creative and designing their own coats of arms.
Shields at the ready, Crookston Castle is in safe hands! 🛡🏰
Proud to host Glasgow Clyde Colleges Mental Health Awareness event 💙⚽
Great to see students together raising awareness to men’s mental health and promoting positive conversations through football 👏

Next week, we’ll be sharing the results from our geophysics survey… and we can’t wait 👀
Last summer, 30 amazing volunteers and pupils from 5 local schools joined us to scan the ground around the castle over three days.
Here’s a look back at how it all came together 🎥
We’re still going ahead with our easter event, but with a new time of 1–3pm to avoid the worst of the weather.
Please dress for the conditions & we’ll aim for a fun day whatever the forecast!
We’re delighted to share that we’ll be part of the @Glasgow_2026 Commonwealth Games Festival. Our event is rooted in the history and heritage of our area and aims to bring our whole community together for a celebration at the Castle.
Keep your eyes peeled, more to come soon 🏰✨
Wishing all our friends, neighbours and wider community a peaceful Eid, filled with kindness, connection and time spent with the people who matter most.
Eid Mubarak 🌙✨
Last year our volunteers took part in a geophysical survey using
🧲 gradiometer
⚡️ earth resistance
📡 ground penetrating radar
helping us uncover secrets deep beneath the soil.
We’re nearly ready to share the results… watch this space 🔍
