On the instructions of the FSB, he was trying to create an agent network in Ukraine by recruiting residents of Odesa region.

As a result of a special operation, the enemy agent was lured to the territory of Ukraine, where he was detained.

Consider that Trump may have first sold US nuclear submarine secrets to a US adversary, likely Russia or China, and later to make his original treason appear less traceable, told nuclear sub details to the Australian Anthony Pratt, who would spread it to everyone.

The tell- The mass dissemination of the sub secrets by Pratt doesn't make sense. Seems like he was trying to help Trump, who was caught and tried to cover up his original crime by spreading it w/ Pratt at Mar-a-Lago. It's still treason and espionage, but Australia is not an adversary.

Trump has appealed his NY case because he believes the judge has no authority to take his companies

Trump’s legal team wrote in a 1,154-page court filing that Judge Arthur Engoron’s decision imposed “unauthorized, undemanded, overbroad relief” to the New York attorney general’s office, which will result in “significant, irreparable harm” to the former president and his business.

Defense attorneys argue in the Friday filing that Engoron had “no rationale or legal authority” to dissolve Trump’s businesses or order additional directives.

So if a judge has no legal authority to act on corruption, who has such authority…Trumps premise is that he can do whatever he wants and perhaps be charged with small fines but not an economic death penalty.

It’s like placing regulations on those who pollute the most… many don’t comply because the fine is so much cheaper than the cost of making changes.

This is the law of privilege… wealthy people think laws are for suckers and they should be able to buy their way out of consequences…consequences are for normal people, but not for the special people who have everything…

What gets me is that most other rich people actually create shit except bankers and hedge fund managers who are the scum of the earth….Trump actually creates nothing of value… and the only value his product has is artificially inflated….
