Here is a flyer for our rally with Brendan, Lucy and family to support the release of Snuggles. Any support we can get is appreciated. Remember to make this peaceful
Give Snuggles back to his family already ! @PimaSheriff You all are heartless keeping him for 10 mos wondering where his family is while he's locked up in a cage 😔💔
Two little kids called him Snuggles because that’s what he did. He cuddled. On a ranch style property outside Tucson he did what his breed has been doing for three thousand years, watching, alerting, standing between the people he loved and whatever showed up in the dark.

Pima County animal control has had this family dog caged up for eight months over one bite on their own damn property.
Sergeant Snuggles is an Anatolian Shepherd. Guardian breed. Doing his job on a three-acre place with coyotes and whatever else wanders through. Young pup got stressed out, startled when grandma tapped him from behind, and nipped once. They call it a level four bite. Grandma’s fine. She’s said from the start it was her fault for spooking him. She wants the dog home with the kids. Begs for it.
The family offered training. Extra fencing. Whatever rules they wanted. Hired a behaviorist who said he’s not dangerous. Livestock experts backed the same thing. PACC and the courts didn’t give a shit. Slapped the vicious label on him and locked him down. No real visits. Isolation. Fees stacking past fifteen grand while the kids miss their dog every single day.
They fought it in court and got steamrolled at first. New lawyer just came on thanks to people online pushing hard. Appeal’s filed. Waiting on the prosecutor’s response then the judge decides on paper. They’re even asking advocacy groups for amicus briefs to help. The fight’s still alive.
This is government overreach plain and simple. Bureaucrats hiding behind rules and codes so they can play God with a loyal dog and break a family’s heart. One startled mistake on private land and they want to kill him while the actual victim pleads for mercy. Cowards. The whole system stinks when it treats a family pet like public enemy number one.
Snuggles belongs back home. Running that land with his people instead of rotting in a kennel.
Sign the petition. Call and email respectfully to advocate. Demand they release this dog to his family.

Lucy and I are deploying again. One final mission for my old dog. To Arizona. We're bringing that #SaveLucy energy from the Shenandoah Valley to the desert to #SaveSnuggles.
Next Saturday will be Save Snuggles Day in Tucson. Lucy's return to the desert.
Veterans, bikers, dog lovers, anyone in the area - join us. It's going to be a positive demonstration to celebrate Lucy's release and RESPECTFULLY push officials in Pima County to let Snuggles go home.
We want this to be a celebration. We are the good guys and we will show it.
Lucy will be there, as long as my old car makes it. So should you. More details to come as we work them out.

SAVE SNUGGLES & FREE SNUGGLES
It’s been 8 months since this poor dog was taken from his family at only 9 months old.
The courts have ordered for this dog to be euthanized over an incident that happened to a family member when the dog was still in puppy stage.
The family member doesn’t want Snuggles to be euthanized.
So sad this happens in America!
Snuggles needs to be reunited back with his family.

Let your voice be one of education. Livestock guardian dogs are different than housepets and should not be compared. Ask #SaveSnuggles be give a second chance.
Hey Pima County, let Snuggles go. You have bigger things to worry about than punishing a dog for protecting its own home and putting a veteran's family through hell.
Priorities.
Pray for the Guthrie family and for Snuggles' family.

🚨DEATH SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY OPTION FOR #SAVESNUGGLES.
I keep coming back to one simple question:
Why is death the only option?
Snuggles is a 2-year-old family dog. His dad is a military veteran, and he has a mom and two small kids waiting at home for him.
He has now spent nearly 8 months sitting in a shelter kennel while his family fights to save his life.
Yet the government continues to pursue euthanasia.
No matter where you stand on this case, we should all be asking whether other options were ever seriously considered, like a secure harness, a muzzle when needed, stronger fencing, additional containment, behavioral management, and supervised handling.
There are ways to protect the public without killing Snuggles.
Please respectfully contact Pima County officials and ask them to explore alternatives.

#SaveSnuggles is about more than one dog & should outrage every citizen!
A government powerful enough to destroy a healthy family dog over objections from the family is a government that deserves scrutiny.
The Constitution was written to restrain government power and protect individual rights. Due process is not a technicality—it is a safeguard against irreversible mistakes.
Snuggles deserves a fair hearing before an irreversible sentence is carried out.

@WandaCaseBiz@NatlyDenise_ 2024 or 2026 does not matter. She was a grifter then and a grifter now. Oh, and that shirt… it was was hideous then and is hideous now.
