@Silverbullet130 @premnsikka Im personally aware of landlords north of the m25 being paid £thousands as an incentive to rehouse people from london that are on council waiting lists. That money could be spent on building more social housing.

@premnsikka Although the figures are abhorrent, they could be higher here due to the way people are rehoused if they’re being evicted. I believe they cannot be rehoused by the council until they are actually removed by a court bailiff if they fail to leave a property (for any grounds)
