From my lonely hideout, I've spent the day reading the many beautiful birthday messages. Thank you, friends, for the outpouring of love and encouragement. I’m really humbled🙏🏾❤️
I’m grateful to God for the gift of life, for the friends and family that He has surrounded me with, and for the many second chances I have had in life.
For whatever we have accomplished, that was the almighty God working through us. The glory goes to Him. For the mistakes and missteps along the way, that's mine. I take responsibility while struggling to improve.
Cheers to a new age and a new page.
May the rest of our days be the best of our days.
Big congratulations to me!
I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to my party, especially the incredible decision-making organ known as NEC, for endorsing my nomination as a parliamentary commissioner. I am truly honored to have also received the nomination from our party president, the esteemed @HEBobiwine. I want to assure everyone that I will serve with utmost dedication, never bringing shame to our party, but always upholding our core values. Together, let's make a difference and represent the people with integrity!
Congrats are in order for President @HEBobiwine upon winning yet another accolade from @CinemaForPeace
The award is a testament to your hard work, resilience and commitment to the struggle for a better Uganda. Congratulations Mr President.
Against all odds, we had a massive reception in Mbarara City today. First stop was at Endigyito FM radio — which was promptly switched off once we started addressing listeners. We proceeded to open our offices in the city, before making the short journey to Global High School playground where we addressed the people of Mbarara.
TOMORROW, WE'RE IN FORT PORTAL! #NUPCountryWideTour
I’m pleased that the debate on an unprecedented Peaceful Transition, which will facilitate vital State Building, originally greeted with hostility and indifference is increasingly getting sympathy among the thinking members of our society.
This morning, I paid a visit to Nairobi to check on our friend and comrade, Hon. Shamim Malende. The medical team has assured me she is making good progress, despite feeling weak. She appreciates all of you for your concern. Let's continue praying for her quick and full recovery.
Just learnt of the sudden death of our brother Jakana Sulayiman Nadduli, the son of Al Hajj Nadduli. He was abducted a few days back, tortured and spent days under incommunicado detention. In March, he was involved in an accident, which he thinks was staged. Most unfortunate!
