@SW_Help @munirawilson chaos tonight is unbelievable for all travel from WLOO onwards. Announcements - appalling. @SW_Help just admit no trains leaving and so people don’t waste ££ going thru barriers. Why are Basingstoke control of announcements. Number to complain below

@SW_Help Are any of your trains going to leave Waterloo tonight that go towards Whitton and Feltham area? A TfL bus from Waterloo to Staines will take a life time. May as well sleep here at waterloo so can make it to work in the morning.

@virginmedia worst customer service ever. On week 7 since trying to cancel contract (you are way more expensive than your competitors & don’t value long term customers) 4 long calls later & still no cancellation email despite again being promised one. Ombudsman here I come😡

@Debenhams how can i speak to actual person about missing package. Paid for next day delivery last Tuesday and still nothing!! Package not moved since Thursday AM. Your tracking doesn’t recognise order now and EVRI won’t contact me despite trying several times! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@SW_Help when will you bring back 10 coach trains for Whitton. Trains are constantly packed as only sending 8 coach at peak times. And you want to reduce trains running to this station? Where are the Hounslow loop trains in the evening? Thought new timetable was not till Dec??

@parcelforce worst customer service ever. I would like Anthony Franey to phone me as apparently only person who is dealing with my package query that was meant to get to Italy in 24 hours on the 3rd dec, now 29th and not arrived. No one is doing their job as I see it

@SW_Help please tell me what has been achieved by striking except for making customers (who have already paid the services anyway) enter a battle zone every morning in an attempt to get to their jobs so they can earn enough to pay for train travel that isn’t fit for purpose🤯🤯🤯
