@AldrinSampear Read it correctly you will notice that EFF indeed has a case. When pres appoint ministers he didn't exercise s91(3)c but sunday when he puts minister on leave of absence he wants to use it which constitutionally he suppose to apply s98 & can only chose frm the members of cabinet
