Showing your client a breakdown of your design is a good way to bring them on board with your ideas. By showing the client the meaning/symbolism behind each part of the logo, they will appreciate it more and might be more inclined to accept the design.
Design tips 04:
Mockups: Using mockups while presenting a logo to a client can be extremely helpful with conveying the overall message of the logo. When the client sees how the logo can be used realistically within a workspace they could be more likely to accept it.
