@VirginAtlantic this just gets worse. I’ve been trying to check in online for the past 18 hours both via App and website. Each time I have to enter all our information then get to the end only to be told that check can’t be completed and to retry later!! Only 6 hrs til take off!
Oops @VirginAtlantic . Firstly I get my booking details from the travel agents so I can check in etc and I find I have to pay to select my seats!!!!! Arguably the travel agent should’ve known this but not what I expect from Virgin or any long haul operator.
@VirginAtlantic Thanks Ashley, but you’re not telling me anything I don’t know already. There is no need for manual intervention into this process. You take the highest bids, work your way down the list and take the money. Why is a team looking over them?
Ooops 2 @VirginAtlantic If I’m going to pay I may as well bid for an upgrade. Less than 48 hours until my flight and still no notification as to whether I’m successful. This is not the start to a once in a lifetime family holiday I’d hoped for
Thank you to all the scammers #scammers who have been in touch. You almost got your hands on our money, but managed to cancel the transaction.
@British_Airways no reply from the ‘real you’ guessing Customer Care really is just an annoyance, oh well!! @SimonCalder any advice?
@British_Airways shocking customer relations. My wife submitted a complaint in April. We have had no reply despite chasing and we are informed there is no direct contact with customer relations either by phone or Chat facility!!! #awful
Thank goodness for Woke Watch 😂Some woke hippy from Grantham (Margaret Thatcher) here saying “the environmental challenge which confronts the whole world demands an equivalent response from the whole world” 1989
Gosh what a Leftie 🤔🤔 @ProfRayWills

@mrjamesob I find myself with a bit of much needed downtime at the end of next week and wondered whether you had a reading list posted anywhere. I know you mention a lot of books when you have guests on and they often sound really interesting
Hey @VELUX or @VELUXGBI my remote is saying code 0000000c and the windows won’t close. Can’t find any reference on you website or in the manual. Can you help?
Absolutely fuming!! Just spent all morning in contact with @askryanair.they say I need to hang up and verify, which I do and pay for. when I get back in touch they tell me they can’t help me and hang up on me!! @RyanairPress@Ryanair please get in touch. Are there any #legal
Wouldn’t normally do this but if anyone from @askryanair@Ryanair would like to get in touch I’d be grateful. I am flying in 10 days, have purchased parking with you and paid you and have no confirmation email/token.
Have tried calling and used Chat but with no success

@mrjamesob As part of his waffle he said “the lines between work and socialising became blurred” or similar. Point was that at that time the rules were ‘No Socialising!’ So no blurring required!!
@neilfissler Reminds me of a chapter in the book Legacy about the All Blacks entitled “Sweep the Sheds” there is a reason why a collection of people are called a team
