@rbmsingh This is a really interesting read for sure.
Wonder if this feels slightly around regulation here, once this kicks in likely a lot of these things will be easier on this side.
Job boards need to up their game.

Choosing the right interview questions is a challenge.
Often times people think that it’s as easy as just selecting random questions around the role or skills.
But if you ask the wrong type of question you will get different answers altogether.
A 🧵 on selecting questions
Sales Tip:
Have prospects explain why they should receive an offer from you.
When everyone expects an offer, it loses its value. Emphasize that not everyone qualifies, and you decline most inquiries.
People desire what's exclusive, not what's readily available to everyone.
Did you know you can use ChatGPT to help prepare you for interviews?
In this market, you need all the help you can get to land your next job offer.
Interviews are harder and harder to come by these days, so it's important to put in as much preparation as possible to give yourself the best chance to land that gig.
Simply put, you upload the job description to ChatGPT, @grok, or whatever AI tool you prefer and ask it to give you 20 interview questions a hiring manager would ask based off the description.
I've been doing this the past few months and interview-to-hire ratio has increased.
Here's a quick way how to do it 👇:
We’re going to pretend I’m an Angular Developer. I’m going to use a basic job description I found via LinkedIn real quick.
You can just take the job description, copy & paste it into chatgpt, and hit enter.
From here, we’re going to ask the prompt “please write me 20 interview questions a hiring manager would ask me based off this job description”
(Note, yes I say please and thank you, you never know if AI takes over the world like SkyNet 😂)
Something like this will start to populate:
And some more questions down here
So now you have a basic set of questions to start your interview prep.
You can start trying to answer the questions on your own, and then if you're having trouble answering them, just ask it for help.
Let's take it a bit further.
Let’s say we want to focus on our soft skills. Use the prompt “please write me 5 more questions based off this job description and your responses for soft skills and teamwork”
Voila. You can do this for any of the topics to get a little more in depth based off the original questions.
Now, what I want you to do is start practicing your answers. You can do this with a peer or record yourself and go back and watch the tape. Do this enough times where you have muscle memory down.
Then, go back and ask it to give you 20 more questions because remember, the questions they give you may be including but not limited to anything you might see on the actual interview.
Boom. There you go.
Basic task for you to improve your interviews:
- read the candidates CV
- ensure you have the questions to hand
- be engaged and welcoming
You’ll deliver excellent candidate experience and increase chances of a hire.
Simple.
Your outreach needs to be better if it looks like;
- Immediately asking for a call
- Immediately attaching a resume
- Asking about openings vs looking
The amount of immediate asks I get boggles my mind.
