@joe_lurie @takezopure Fewer tasks = more resiliency built into your schedule = less anxiety = less likely to procrastinate. Most people aren't able to pack their schedules full until they become used to working consistently.
@Leanne50277110@WhatTheADHD Try getting up 5 minutes earlier. If that's too much, try 4 minutes, 3 minutes, and so on. Momentum is built from the smallest steps. DM if need more help!

15/ Treat your 1-minute starting point as the "gateway" to the rest of the project.
All you have to do is walk through it.
If you're having trouble walking through the gate, make all the tasks even smaller until you can and feel some momentum behind you.
