Together with TVA, our power supplier, we are asking all customers to reduce non-essential electricity use starting tomorrow at 6 am (2/20) until further notice. You can help by turning the thermostat down to 68 degrees or lower; turning off lights and televisions when leaving a room; unplugging electronics/cell phones when they’re fully charged; and running only full loads in larger appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. We are aware of a broken pole on Russellville Rd that has caused the loss of a breaker at our South Industrial Substation. Over 850 customers are currently impacted. Crews are working to isolate the pole in order to get as many customers as possible back on.

We are aware of the traffic delays in the area of Louisville Road and Riverview Avenue. There are officers in the area assisting with it.
There are also traffic delays on River Street and the surrounding area. Please be patient if you have to travel that way.

As of 7:00PM there are 38 outages impacting 350 customers. Crews are currently working to restore Lynwood area, Ewing Ford, Conestoga/Boone, and Sherwood. Still multiple poles to replace and services impacted by downed trees. Crews continue to work as quickly as possible.

As of 4:30PM we have 50 outages impacting 450 customers. Crews are working to restore these outages as quickly as possible. Many of these require a pole changeout or transformer changeout in order to restore. We appreciate your patience.
