Never Forgotten: Jacob Erwin Wetterling 🌹

Jacob Erwin Wetterling was born on February 17, 1978, in Long Prairie, Minnesota, to Jerry Wetterling and Patricia (Patty) King.

On the evening of October 22, 1989, the 11-year-old was riding his bike home in St. Joseph, Minnesota, with his younger brother and a friend after a trip to a convenience store.

A masked man armed with a gun stopped them, ordered two of the boys to run, and took Jacob. He was never seen alive again.

The case remained unsolved for nearly 27 years. In September 2016, Jacob’s remains were recovered near Paynesville, Minnesota. Items of his clothing, including a hockey jacket and t-shirt, were found with them. Danny Heinrich later confessed to the abduction, sexual assault, and murder.

Today marks 37 years since Jacob was taken. His family and community have worked for decades to keep his memory alive and to support efforts that protect other children. He is remembered, loved, and missed.

My wife and I voted today in Montgomery County, Texas. The first time we went the line was long so we left and went to lunch. Went back and there was a short line. The poll worker said that location has been very busy all week since early voting started on Monday. We both voted red all the way down the ticket.

The fact that this location is so busy bodes well for Republicans. This is a very conservative area.

He resists arrest.

The leftist still thinks ICE needs a warrant to arrest this illegal alien.

According to ICE, he entered the United States “at an unknown place, on an unknown date.” An immigration judge ordered him removed in 1999. That’s about 27 years of ignoring a final order.

Once a removal order is final, ICE doesn’t go back to a judge. Federal regulations (8 CFR 241.2) let ICE supervisors issue a Form I-205 Warrant of Removal, and any authorized immigration officer can serve it.

Federal law (8 U.S.C. § 1231) then requires detention while the government carries out the removal, and § 1357 gives ICE officers their arrest authority. No judge’s signature required. No warrant needed.

The DOJ just filed to remove TWO federal judges in Minnesota from immigration cases.

Associate AG Stanley Woodward filed recusal motions Oct 20 against Chief Judge Patrick Schiltz and Judge John Tunheim.

Tunheim told the New York Times:

"They weren't arresting, in my view, people who were dangerous criminals on the street."

Woodward fired back:

"To Judge Tunheim, the 'rule of law' apparently means ignoring the law when it comes to illegal aliens who have broken the law."

Schiltz's hearing is Nov 23.

Judges are supposed to be NEUTRAL.

Not giving interviews picking sides.

I was raised as a humanist -Jewish area. Jewish people were beautiful-holding their traditions. Christians were ignorantly keeping mythical beliefs. Never read the Bible, even tho I lived in an "intellectual (pseudo)" environment. Finally, I read Psalms-I was baptized. Jesus was a Jew.
