📢 정부, 주사기 매점매석행위 금지 조치 시행
📍 식약처, 매점매석 신고센터 운영 등을 통해 유통질서 교란 행위 집중 단속

��품의약품안전처는 주사기의 매점매석 등으로 인한 수급 불안을 해소하기 위해 「주사기 및 주사침 매점매석행위 금지 등에 관한 고시」(재정경제부고시 제2026-73호)이 제정됨에 따라, 매점매석행위 신고센터 운영, 제조·판매업자 생산 및 반출물량 보고 명령 등 조치를 4월 14일부터 시행합니다.

📍 핵심 조치 사항
✅ 시행 기간: 2026. 4. 14. ~ 6. 30. (한시적 시행)
✅ 집중 단속: 폭리 목적의 과다 보관 및 특정 구매처 과다 판매 행위 금지
✅ 투명한 정보 공개: 매일 주사기 생산·출고·재고량을 식약처 누리집에 전격 공개
✅엄정 대응: 위반 시 3년 이하의 징역 또는 1억 원 이하의 벌금 부과
