@NPraveenna Good endoscopy work. However a recent study have gave us a little different opinion about cold snare. CSEMR might be having a little more immediate perforation than we used to think.

Recurrent pancreatitis with Pancreatic Divisum with Disrupted duct syndrome. Cannulated through minor ampulla, passed wore through the disrupted segment to tail, done sphincterotomy and stented through it.
