@flobo09 And as far as software goes, we have a huge list of accepted software that users may download through the Company Portal app, so they don't need admin perms for that as Intune does the installation. Updates are also pushed through it.

@flobo09 Depending on the department you work at, I don't see this as an issue. At our company, our normal accounts do not have admin permissions either, but our helpdesk and me as sysadmin have a seperate admin account for troubleshooting.
