Legally enforceable contracts in ADA, in compliance with Argentine laws

If you are part of the Cardano ecosystem, it's likely you've heard, amidst various discussions, and it has even been a recurring topic in different Catalyst workshops, the pressing need for both projects and individuals, within and beyond the community, for @Cardano to have more real-world use cases and a robust legal framework.

That's why in this Catalyst fund, I proposed the execution of a proposal to develop and establish various legal agreements in ADA, creating fully enforceable contracts in the country. In case of breach, it can be requested from the judge that the contract and its obligations be fulfilled in ADA. This aligns with Articles 765, 766, and 958 of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Republic, as amended by Articles 250, 251, and 255 of Executive Decree 70/23.

What does this mean? Not only will it enable an expansion and widespread use of our network, but if the proposal is successful, for example, both @Padierfind and @MehenOfficial will be able to conduct business with legal protection in Argentina in the future. This means that, if the other party agrees, contracts for rent, employment, sales, loans, among others, can be executed in the native @nmkr_io token or in USDM, just like any other project that desires to do so in the future.

To reach this point, it is essential for these contracts to be reviewed and executed. The proposal includes the involvement of other lawyers, PhDs in law, and professors from the country's leading universities, among others.

This is an experiment and a first step. Unlike other countries, here the law is permissive in recognizing ADA and eventually other cryptocurrencies as foreign currency, assimilable to the USD or the Euro.

Once the contracts are tested and executed, the templates will be released so that anyone who wishes can use them at their own discretion.
