Exciting news for Dallas! The City Council has approved the redevelopment of Knox Promenade, featuring three new towers designed by GFF and Kohn Pedersen Fox of New York. This mixed-use project by Stockdale Investment Group and Hines will bring multifamily residences, office spaces, senior living, and ground-floor retail to the Knox District, enhancing the community with new housing and amenities. The Knox Promenade has taken another step forward. The three-tower development will consist of mixed use, multifamily, office, and senior living spaces. GFF has some exciting news to share. We are moving our Dallas office to Victory Park in Suite 400 at 3030 Nowitzki Way this holiday season! Our new 35,400 SF space is designed to support a healthy blend of in-person and online collaboration, tailored to the rapidly changing ways we work.

This move aligns with GFF's growth strategy, comfortably accommodating our team of over 140 employees in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin, with room to grow to over 200 employees across our 3 offices as currently configured. Our new location's accessibility via public transit on the TRE and DART Orange and Green Lines, easy access to the Katy Trail and vibrant walkable amenities in Victory Park make it an ideal fit for our talented team. Last night the GFF and Walsh Group team won the award for the best in our category of Playful Pals at the Bark and Build award ceremony! The design was inspired by the agile movements of a cat and featured structures with play being the primary focus. Thank you to everyone who helped create this design!

GFF is honored to have had the opportunity to lead the design team for Crescent Real Estate's latest project, serving as the Office building AOR and Multifamily Architect providing full design services, playing a significant role in shaping the sleek modern styles of both buildings. Additionally, GFF designed several office tenant finish-outs and was the AOR for the façade for the Canyon Ranch spa.
This $250 million project sets a new high bar for commercial development quality in Fort Worth. The fully leased office building, with lead tenants including PNC Bank, Satori Capital, and Raymond James, speaks to the project's success in attracting high-quality tenants.
