The @NHC_Pacific has issued advisories on the first tropical cyclone of the Pacific hurricane season, TD One-E. While expected to strengthen somewhat and become a tropical storm for a few days, TD One-E is expected to inevitably decay over the open ocean within a week due to increasingly hostile conditions, and is not a threat to land areas.
