@mediavelopment @YahooCare @yahoomail @Yahoo Can i ask what response did you get from them in DM? They keep telling everyone to check their DMs but are not actually solving any issues. They just send you to their help page which we have all done already before resorting to X

@yahoomail @wanahowl @JuneRiddoch They will do nothing except give you a number to call starting with 0800 that is at least 20 digits long & won't tell me what Country it is for. Waste of time.

@YahooCare I am unable to access my mail for almost 2 days. The help section is useless. I have been a customer since 1999! I don't know where to go to get assistance.

@YahooCare I am unable to access my mail. I have cleared my data & cache, unistalled & reinstalled the app twice! The error message I am getting says "Uh-oh We can't recover your account because there are no account options on file for you" what does this mean?
