On 22nd February 2025, GhAPO joined the First General Meeting of the Orthotics and Prosthetics Student Association (OPSA) at the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS).

During the meeting, the association highlighted the importance of P&O students becoming members of GhAPO and encouraged them to prioritize their education, as they represent the future of the profession.
GhAPO is proud to welcome these trailblazers into the profession! Their dedication and hard work will undoubtedly transform lives and shape the future of prosthetic and orthotic care in Ghana.

On 13th November, 2024, Ghana Association of Prosthetics and Orthotics (GhAPO) was invited to the 10th SRC Week Celebration Alumni Homecoming Durbar at Br Tarcisius Prosthetics and Orthotics Training College, Ghana
The president concluded his speech with Mahatma Gandhi's words, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others" he encouraged students and all P&O professionals to embody selflessness and service in our profession.
