After speaking at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, I took time to explore the Alsace. Medieval towns, stunning 15th-century art and architecture, and centuries of history around every corner. Absolutely unreal. Europe at its best.

Charlie Arnot from The Center for Food Integrity started with trust being fragmented. 70% of people globally are hesitant or unwilling to trust those who have different values, beliefs or backgrounds than them. 2/
How do we build trust across animal agriculture? Joe Proudman, Deputy Director at the UC Davis CLEAR Center, moderates a lively panel examining the role of communication, transparency, and stakeholder engagement in shaping public and market trust. 1/
“Pasture-Based Systems” panel, moderated by Andrew Lyon from Farm Journal Trust in Food, explored sustainability approaches in pasture-based systems, including interactions between productivity, land use, and methane emissions. 1/
Şeyda Özkan from Global Research Alliance shared more about a quantification framework for animal health & methane which included a systems-based approach, structured map -- not model, and relevant components, parameters and pathways based on objective and decision context. 2/
“Action & Strategies Today” panel, moderated by Michael Boccadoro from @DairyCares, reviewed mitigation strategies currently in use or near-term deployment and examined practical constraints, implementation experiences, and opportunities to accelerate adoption. 1/
